- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic care environment

Desirable Skills (Not Essential)

- Previous experience in care or support roles
- Training or knowledge related to personal care, safeguarding, or health and social care
- Confidence using digital tools and care‑recording systems
If you do not meet every desirable criterion, we still encourage you to apply. We value potential, transferable skills, and a positive attitude.

What We Offer

- A supportive and inclusive workplace where your contributions are valued
- Opportunities for training, development, and career progression
- A role where you can make a meaningful difference
- Competitive pay and benefits package
- A team culture built on respect, collaboration, and continuous improvement
