Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple financial improvement projects from initiation through completion ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Collaborate with executive leadership and finance teams to identify key areas for financial performance enhancement and cost reduction.
Monitor project progress, prepare regular status reports, and communicate updates to stakeholders at all levels.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to implement process improvements, streamline financial operations, and enhance reporting accuracy.
Analyze financial data and project outcomes to recommend strategic adjustments and ensure project benefits realization.
Drive change management initiatives to promote adoption of new financial processes and tools across the organization.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum of 7 years experience in project management with a focus on financial improvement or transformation projects.
Strong knowledge of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience presenting to senior executives.
Proficiency with project management tools and financial software systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach to decision making.
