Key Responsibilities
- Work professionally on site, following instructions from Site Management and adhering to all H&S procedures.
- Load/unload vehicles, prepare correct equipment, and complete required site paperwork.
- Drive and maintain company vehicles when needed.
- Mark out small stands, net small/medium structures, and complete general fixes including cutting floor wood.
- Use saws and tools safely for material preparation.
- Follow seating plans and drawings to build structures independently.
- Install correct components, including canopies, roofs, wires and gable ends, with supervision as required.
- Assist with building Steeldeck/Arena Deck structures and support superstructure installation at height.
- Maintain a clean, safe work area and report any safety concerns promptly.

What You’ll Need:
- No previous rigging experience required—full training provided
- Literacy and numeracy skills
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Forklift licence desirable (not essential)
- Ability to travel frequently and work flexibly, including periods away from home
- Sufficient physical fitness to carry out manual handling tasks such as lifting, bending, stretching and working at height

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

- Adaptable and comfortable with changing environments
- Safety‑focused and compliant with procedures
- A clear communicator and active listener
- Flexible with a positive approach to work and colleagues
- Proactive, self‑starting and able to take initiative
- Resilient under pressure and calm in challenging situations
