We are working on behalf of our client to appoint a dedicated Bodyshop Workshop Manager who can lead operations with professionalism and efficiency. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled manager looking to make a significant impact in a well-managed workshop environment.

Duties of the Bodyshop Workshop Manager:
- Oversee daily workshop operations, ensuring timely and efficient completion of repairs
- Allocate work effectively to technicians based on skills and workload
- Monitor ongoing progress, quality control, and productivity levels
- Ensure repairs are completed to high standards before vehicles move to the next stage
- Coordinate with parts departments, customer service, and VDA teams for smooth workflow
- Maintain high standards of vehicle repair quality, resolving any issues promptly
- Promote health, safety, and compliance within the workshop
- Manage and motivate the team to achieve KPIs and maintain excellent customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Bodyshop Workshop Controller or similar leadership role within an accident repair environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills to motivate and lead a team effectively as the Bodyshop Workshop Manager
- Comprehensive understanding of bodyshop repair processes and workflows
- Excellent organisational skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality standards
- A track record of delivering results and high-quality workmanship
- Commitment to customer service excellence and safety standards
