Working hours: 16 hours per weekInterview Date: To be confirmedAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, highly motivated person with vision and passion to work with young homeless people, aged 16 to 25. We are looking to appoint an Assistant Support Worker:Assistant Support Workers will deliver a high-quality programme of support which promotes client choice and control. Many of the young people we work with have complex needs, so great relationship building skills are essential. The Assistant Support Worker will address clients support needs, enable them to make positive life choices and ultimately empower them on their journey to independent living. They will complete day to day activities including administration and reception duties, supporting the successful operation of the Lifehouse.They will need to confidently work on their own and as part of a team, working with a range of agencies and understanding the needs of our clients.
