What skills and experience we're looking for
The Governors of Springfields First School are seeking to appoint an inspirational, creative and enthusiastic part-time Out of Hours Club Supervisors to join our Springfields Care Club team.
The position is for 22.25 hours per week, working Monday to Friday, mornings 7.30am-8.45am and afternoons 3.15pm-6.15pm term time only and includes extra time for admin, shopping and locking up time.
You will be required to work with pupils across the primary age range including our pre-school pupils, from 3 to 9 year olds.
Applicants must have English and Maths qualifications to GCSE (grade C minimum) and relevant NVQ2 qualification.

* a creative flair and willingness to share ideas with other staff
* the ability to form warm, responsive relationships with children, parents and staff alike
* high level verbal and communication skills
