Search Consultancy is currently looking for an experienced and reliable Steel Fixer for an upcoming project based in Berwick-upon-Tweed.

Key Details
* Location: Berwick-upon-Tweed
* Start Date: Immediate / As required
Your Responsibilities
* Setting out work areas according to engineering drawings and schedules.
* Cutting and bending steel bars or mesh to required shapes and sizes.
* Positioning and fixing reinforcement bars (rebar) with wire to prepare for concrete pours.
* Using hand and power tools to secure steel structures.
* Adhering to strict health and safety regulations at all times.
Requirements
* Valid CSCS Card (Blue Skilled Worker preferred).
* Proven experience as a Steel Fixer on large-scale construction or civil engineering projects.
* Full PPE (Hard hat, high-vis, steel toe boots).
* Own tools for tying and cutting steel (preferred).
* The ability to provide two professional references from recent employers.
