Summary
We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused Associate Dentist to join our friendly and professional dental team. This is a part-time role offering 1,000 UDAs annually, making it ideal for a clinician looking to supplement an existing position or maintain a flexible schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality NHS dental care in line with current clinical guidelines
Manage a personal list of patients and maintain strong patient relationships
Diagnose and provide appropriate treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs
Promote oral health education and preventative care
Maintain accurate, up-to-date clinical records
Work collaboratively with the wider dental team, including hygienists and support staff
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including CQC and GDC standards
Requirements
Fully qualified Dentist with a valid GDC registration
Active NHS Performer Number
Strong clinical and communication skills
Commitment to high standards of patient care and professional ethics
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Desirable Skills
Experience working within an NHS setting
Interest in developing private treatments (e.g., cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign, whitening)
Postgraduate qualifications or ongoing professional development
