Pure Staff are currently recruiting for a Factory Operative on behalf of our fantastic and long‑standing client based in Worcester. This is a great opportunity to join a stable and well‑established manufacturing business, with full training provided and long‑term career potential.
Your Role as a Factory Operative
As a Factory Operative, your duties will include:
- Working in a designated area assembling and trimming metal parts
- Using small precision hand tools, such as files, to shape products to specification
- Working towards daily and weekly production targets
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following all site safety procedures
- Full training provided
Requirements
- Ability to use hand tools (training provided)
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work efficiently and towards targets
- Reliable, punctual and hard‑working
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Pay & Shifts
- £12.23 per hour
- Monday - Friday
- 08:00 - 16:00
