Daniel Owen work agency are currently recruiting dedicated and reliable cleaners to work on DLR trains, helping to maintain a clean, safe, and pleasant environment for passengers across the network.

Role Overview:
As a DLR Train Cleaner, you will be responsible for ensuring trains are cleaned to a high standard, both internally and externally where required. This is a key role in supporting the smooth running and presentation of the service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cleaning train carriages, including floors, seats, windows, and touchpoints

• Emptying bins and disposing of waste safely

• Restocking essential supplies where necessary

• Reporting any damage, hazards, or maintenance issues

• Following all health and safety procedures at all times

Shifts Available:

• Various shift patterns

• Weekday and weekend work available

• Day, evening, and night shifts

Requirements:

• Previous cleaning experience preferred (but not essential)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness

• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Flexible approach to working hours, including nights and weekends

• Good communication skills

• Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks

• Right to work in the UK

• Willingness to undergo any required training or background checks
