⭐ What We're Looking ForYou will be a great fit if you have:

  • Experience supporting primary-aged children with SEN or SEMH
  • A background in youth work, care, health & social care, or other child-related roles
  • Strong communication and de-escalation skills
  • A patient, nurturing and resilient approach
  • UK-based child experience - essential
