I'm recruiting for a number of secondary SEN roles across the Black Country, supporting pupils with SEMH, autism, ADHD, learning difficulties, communication needs, and behavioural needs.These specialist schools are seeking committed, resilient and passionate staff who want to make a real difference.⭐ Available Secondary Roles in Special SettingsWe are urgently hiring for:Teaching Roles

  • Secondary SEN Teacher
  • SEMH Teacher (KS3 & KS4)
  • PRU Teacher
  • Alternative Provision Teacher
  • Intervention / Inclusion Teacher
  • Subject Teachers experienced in SEN or SEMH
  • Teachers with experience supporting autism or behavioural needs

Mentoring & Support Roles

  • Behaviour Mentor (SEMH, PRU & AP)
  • Pastoral Mentor
  • Learning Mentor
  • SEN Teaching Assistant
  • SEMH Support Assistant
  • Youth Mentor / Youth Support Worker
  • Alternative Provision Support Worker

All roles are based in: Wolverhampton, Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and surrounding Black Country areas.⭐ What These Schools Offer

⭐ What We're Looking ForTo succeed in a special school or SEMH setting, you'll ideally have:

  • Experience working with SEN, SEMH or challenging behaviour
  • Youth work, care, residential, mentoring or school-based experience
  • Strong communication and de-escalation skills
  • A calm, resilient and patient approach
  • UK-based experience working with children or young people (essential)
