- Secondary SEN Teacher
- SEMH Teacher (KS3 & KS4)

- Subject Teachers experienced in SEN or SEMH
- Teachers with experience supporting autism or behavioural needs
Mentoring & Support Roles
- Behaviour Mentor (SEMH, PRU & AP)
- Pastoral Mentor
- Learning Mentor
- SEN Teaching Assistant
- SEMH Support Assistant
- Youth Mentor / Youth Support Worker
- Alternative Provision Support Worker
All roles are based in: Wolverhampton, Dudley, Sandwell, Walsall and surrounding Black Country areas.⭐ What These Schools Offer

⭐ What We're Looking ForTo succeed in a special school or SEMH setting, you'll ideally have:
- Experience working with SEN, SEMH or challenging behaviour
- Youth work, care, residential, mentoring or school-based experience
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
- A calm, resilient and patient approach
- UK-based experience working with children or young people (essential)
