We are seeking a dedicated Campus Community Lead to join Buckinghamshire College Group and play a central role in shaping an exceptional student experience across our campus.
Location: Wycombe
Contract: Full-time (37 hours per week / 52 weeks)
This is an exciting opportunity to lead campus culture, strengthen community connections and implement evidence‑informed approaches that improve outcomes for technical and vocational learners.
Working collaboratively with curriculum, pastoral and support teams, you will ensure students feel safe, supported, and inspired to participate fully in college life.
The successful candidate will:
- Maintain a calm, safe, and orderly campus environment aligned with the College Commitment and behaviour policies
- Provide a visible presence across campus, supporting improvements in attitudes and conduct.
- Use restorative and relational approaches to support positive behaviour
- Implement evidence‑informed strategies to improve attendance for technical and vocational learners
- Use behaviour and attendance data to identify early disengagement and deliver targeted interventions, prioritising disadvantaged learners.
