Summary
Data Entry Administrator (6‑Month Temporary Contract)
£13.50/£14.00 per hour
Part Time - 25 hours per week (Monday-Friday)

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑focused Data Entry Administrator to join this small team on a 6‑month temporary basis. This part‑time role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, accuracy, and working with systems.
What you'll be doing
- Accurately inputting, reviewing, and updating data within the CRM systems (Keystone)
- Ensuring all information is correct, consistent, and up to date
- Following data processes and quality‑checking your own work
- Supporting the wider team with system updates and general administrative tasks
What we're looking for
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high‑quality, accurate work
- Confident using computer systems and able to learn new platforms quickly
- Previous experience with CRM systems - knowledge of Keystone is highly desirable
- Reliable, organised, and comfortable working across multiple tasks
- Someone who enjoys a steady, process‑driven workload
Working hours
- 25 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Part‑time hours spread out to include everyday across the week
- Hybrid working available once training has been completed
