Summary
We are looking for an organised, proactive and compassionate Administrator to join our dedicated Bladder & Bowel Service. This is a rewarding role supporting a specialist clinical team that provides essential care to people living with bladder and bowel conditions.
As part of the team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of the service by providing high-quality administrative and clerical support to clinicians, nurses, and service users.
· Processing referrals, scheduling visits and entering on electronic systems
· Discharging patients and caseload management
· Monitoring emails, mailboxes and messages
· Ordering equipment supplies
· Scanning and uploading documents
· Data collection, running reports, audit and spreadsheet tasks.
· Occasional minute talking
· An essential part of the role is the ability to manage and prioritise own workload without direct supervision
· The administrative support function requires cover 8am – 10pm 7 days a week
