Summary

FM Conway is currently looking to recruit an experienced Distribution Planner to join our Aggregates and Asphalt (A&A) Commercial division. As our Distribution Planner you will manage a fleet of vehicles from our various asphalt plants. You will be efficiently allocating loads, tracking vehicles, and maintaining communication with drivers. This is a full-time, permanent role based from our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent.

The duties of the Distribution Planner role will include:

- Implementing the FM Conway delivery plan for both internal and external suppliers

- Planning and communicating the details of scheduled work

- Handling inquiries in a consistently professional manner

- Collaborating with our internal customer service, commercial, and administration teams

- Effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks

- Providing support and flexibility as part of the team when office resources are limited

What Skills and experience do you need?

To be considered for the Distribution Planner position, you must have previous experience in a distribution environment. Additionally, you should possess excellent planning and organisational skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
