Summary
The postholder will: behave consistently with the values and beliefs of the Organisation. Key responsibilities will include: Maintaining accurate and contemporaneous records in accordance with Trust policies/procedures, while always maintaining confidentiality. Ensuring a safe working environment by adhering to Trust policies and health and safety guidelines Provide a high standard of outcome orientated care and support following a care/recovery plan under the supervision and guidance of qualified health care professionals. Maintaining effective communication systems within the integrated team, with other agencies, the voluntary sector, the client, and carer.
