Summary
We're delighted to be recruiting for a new Operational Support Assistant to join our vibrant Operational Support Team where you'll be based in our Bracknell office.
No day is ever the same and our Contact Centre is no different. We’ll provide you with the full training and ongoing support to make sure you’re equipped to deal with the wide variety of customer queries our teams handle and so you can keep growing professionally.
You’ll be based in our Head Office in Bracknell, in a varied team which provides support across the business.
Your day to day include administration support to the business, supporting customers with payments and setting up direct debits, helping customers in our reception and taking calls and responding to emails.
We’re looking for someone with a passion for helping customers and solving their problems. Experience of face to face customer service, an eye for detail and excellent team work is essential.

The hours for this post are 9:00am - 5:00pm Wednesday and Friday. The role will require office working.
