MPS/UPS + TLR2b
Full time, permanent

A welcome from the Headteacher
At Gaywood Primary School, we are proud of the warm, caring and ambitious environment we have created for our pupils and staff. Our recent Ofsted inspection recognised the positive relationships across the school, the well-sequenced curriculum and the nurturing culture that helps pupils feel safe and eager to learn.
As we continue to build on these strong foundations, we are looking for talented and committed leaders who share our ambition to provide the very best education for our pupils. These Phase Leader roles offer an exciting opportunity to shape teaching and learning, support colleagues and play a key role in the next stage of our school’s development.
If you are passionate about making a difference and want to work within a supportive team and a collaborative Trust, we would be delighted to hear from you.
Neil Mindham
Executive Headteacher
