Summary

We're looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our Norfolk Highways and KHS team based in Wymondham, Norfolk. We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping people grow and develop in their careers. As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in creating a supportive learning environment where colleagues feel valued, connected, and empowered to reach their potential.

Location: Wymondham, Norfolk - hybrid working available, with minimum 3 days in the office required.Hours: Permanent Fulltime 37.5 hours per week - we can offer flexible start/end working times, applications for part-time/job share and condensed hours are welcome just let us know.

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 FTE per year + excellent benefits

What will you be responsible for?

As a Learning & Development Coordinator, you'll coordinate engaging training experiences, ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, and be a friendly point of contact for all learning and development needs across the Norfolk Highways and KHS contracts.

Your day-to-day will include:

-Coordinating and delivering compliance training efficiently across all contracts, ensuring training plans are completed on time with accurate administration

-Maintaining training matrices and records, including Highways Passport activities, to ensure all employee qualifications and skills remain current

-Building effective relationships with managers and colleagues to understand training needs and promote learning opportunities

-Managing training budgets, sourcing cost-effective providers, and maintaining accurate records of all training costs

-Producing monthly reports, tracking feedback, and using systems to ensure smooth, well-organised training sessions

-Are willing to develop your understanding of training needs within the highways and construction industry
