Do you understand the role of helpdesk support in improving the users' experience of data systems and improving the quality of the data recorded in those systems? Do you possess effective customer service skills?
If so, we are looking to recruit a Data Quality Officer within our Information Systems Team. The role will work closely with our Information Systems Analysts for Adults & Children Social Care, Adult Social Care and Education to improve the users' experience of the data systems we support.
Have you got the relevant experience in this area? If yes we would love to hear from you!
