Summary
Yard Operative - Harlow (Pinnacles Area)
We are currently recruiting for a Yard Operative to join a well‑established company in the Harlow Pinnacles area. This is a hands‑on role working mainly outdoors and supporting a busy yard operation supplying total solutions to the construction industry, including shoring equipment, piling equipment, pipework, and hydraulic tools.
Key Responsibilities- Operating pressure‑washing equipment
- Loading and unloading vehicles
- Using hand tools and various hydraulic equipment
- General yard duties and manual labour
- Stock checks and maintaining a tidy working environment
- A Counterbalance Forklift Licence is beneficial but not essential.
- Training and certification will be provided for committed candidates once they achieve permanent employment status.
- Experience in welding, fabrication, or hydraulics is an advantage, but not required.
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 to 17:30
- 42.5 basic hours per week
- Optional overtime available on Saturdays at x1.5 pay rate
This is a Temp-to-Perm opportunity.
You will complete a qualifying period on a temporary contract. With strong performance, reliability, and a positive attitude, there is the potential to be taken on permanently by the client.
