Summary

Boston Borough Council’s Housing team has a fantastic opportunity to join a brand‑new service on a full‑time, 1‑year fixed‑term contract.



We’re looking for an enthusiastic, resilient and caring individual who’s motivated to make a real difference in people’s lives.



In this role, you’ll work closely with the Housing Access & Partnerships Team Leader to build strong relationships with social landlords, private rented and supported accommodation providers. Your work will help us prevent and relieve homelessness, support rough sleepers, and move people swiftly from temporary to long‑term accommodation.



You’ll be a key point of contact for landlords and tenants—offering advice on tenancy issues, deposits, disrepair, EPCs, Universal Credit and early tenancy support. You’ll also liaise with partner organisations and make referrals where needed.



You’ll create and maintain a database of accommodation options, matching clients to suitable homes based on their needs. And when solutions aren’t immediately available, you’ll take a proactive, problem‑solving approach to sourcing new options.

Previous experience working within a housing environment
