- Maintain accurate records and follow established procedures
- Contribute to a positive, respectful, and collaborative team culture
- Demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a proactive approach to problem‑solving

Essential Requirements

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Commitment to professionalism, confidentiality, and ethical practice
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment

Desirable Skills (Not Essential)

- Ability to speak Greek or another community language
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Familiarity with administrative or operational processes
- Confidence using digital tools and systems

If you do not meet every desirable criterion, we still encourage you to apply. We value potential, transferable skills, and a positive attitude.

What We Offer

- A supportive and inclusive workplace where your contributions are valued
- Opportunities for training, development, and career progression
- A role where you can make a meaningful difference
- A team culture built on respect, collaboration, and continuous improvement
