Qualified Outreach Tutor (QTS/QTLS/PGCE) – New Way Tuition Ltd
New Way Tuition Ltd is looking for passionate, skilled, and qualified tutors to deliver high‑quality 1:1 and small‑group sessions to students who are currently out of mainstream education.
If you have QTS, QTLS, PGCE, or an equivalent teaching qualification, we’d love to hear from you.
About the Role
As a Qualified Outreach Tutor, you will support students from EYFS to Year 11 with a range of needs, including SEN, SEMH, and those at risk of exclusion.
You will deliver personalised sessions in:
• English
• Maths
• PSHE
• Interventions & mentoring
Sessions take place in homes, libraries, or school settings, depending on student needs.
What You Need
• QTS, QTLS, PGCE, or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Strong subject knowledge in English and/or Maths
• Experience supporting students with SEN or SEMH needs
• Enhanced DBS
• Confident working independently and adapting lessons for diverse learners
