This is a role for someone who thrives on variety: one moment youre supporting your team on the front desk, the next youre improving systems, analysing workflows, or helping the practice innovate. You'll be the heartbeat of the surgery the person who keeps everything running smoothly, supports staff to shine, and ensures patients feel cared for from the moment they walk through the door. What You'll Lead & Deliver Champion exceptional patient experience, ensuring every interaction is warm, efficient, and well co ordinated. Inspire, mentor, and develop the admin and reception team, creating a positive, high performing culture. Streamline and modernise practice processes, using digital tools and creative thinking to improve efficiency. Oversee day to day operations, ensuring the practice runs like a well oiled machine. Drive innovation, identifying opportunities to enhance access, reduce bottlenecks, and improve patient flow. Support delivery of NHS targets and quality frameworks, helping the practice achieve excellence. Lead on HR administration, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and wellbeing initiatives. Manage facilities, resources, and suppliers, ensuring a safe, organised, and future ready environment. Handle patient feedback and complaints with empathy, professionalism, and a solutions focused mindset. Collaborate closely with GPs, nurses, and external partners, acting as a key connector across the practice. What Makes This Role Exciting You'll have real influence over how the practice evolves.
