Service Delivery Manager – Gloucestershire (Primary Schools)
Are you an organised, people-focused leader with a passion for delivering high standards? Glen Group is looking for a Service Delivery Manager to oversee and support a portfolio of primary schools across the Gloucestershire area.

About the Role
As a Service Delivery Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality cleaning services across multiple school sites. You will lead and support a team of cleaning operatives while acting as the main point of contact for both staff and clients.
You’ll need to be confident working independently while being supported by an experienced Area Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and support a portfolio of primary school cleaning contracts
Lead, motivate, and develop a team of cleaning operatives
Act as the first point of contact for employees and clients
Conduct regular cleaning audits to ensure high standards are maintained
Manage staff hours, absence, and input data into company systems
Provide support during both morning (AM) and afternoon/evening (PM) shifts
Oversee stock control of cleaning consumables and chemicals
Ensure compliance with company procedures and health & safety standards
What We’re Looking For
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
Experience in cleaning, facilities management, or a similar role (preferred)
Confident using IT systems for reporting and administration
Flexible and committed to supporting operational needs
