Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented Compound Operatives to join our expanding team in Avonmouth. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a leading automotive company renowned for quality and customer satisfaction.

Your role will include:
Managing vehicle movements within Acumen's compounds
Allocating and monitoring vehicle locations
Checking and inspecting vehicles for damage
Ensuring compliance with site safety procedures
Cleaning and valeting vehicles to a high standard
Using professional cleaning equipment and products
Ensuring vehicles are presented to customer expectations
What we are looking for:
Previous experience in an automotive, logistics, or vehicle preparation role is beneficial but not essential – training is provided
A keen eye for detail and ability to work to high standards
A full UK driving licence is required for all roles
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication and organisational skills
A strong work ethic and reliability

· Working hours between 07:00 and 4:00 Monday to Friday
· The ability to be trained across all activities, allowing career progression
