Salary: £32,000 p/a (including 5 contractual sleeps per month)
Hours: Average 37.5 hours p/w (163 hours p/m) FTE pro rata for part time

Join Flourish as a Senior Care Practitioner, guiding a passionate team to provide consistent, high-quality care and support.
Your Role:
Lead and mentor a team of Support Workers
Provide a stable, safe, and nurturing environment for children
Plan and support engaging, therapeutic activities to build confidence, resilience, and life skills
Ensure smooth daily operations by managing shifts, delegating tasks, and supporting new starters.
Role-model positive behaviour and support children to achieve their potential
Maintain clear and accurate records of daily observations and progress
What You Need:
Minimum 1 year experience in residential childcare or working with challenging behaviours
Level 3 Residential Childcare Diploma (or equivalent)
Resilience and confidence in supporting both children and staff
Full UK driving licence with less than 6 points
