Summary
Chef de Partie – Join Wales’ Top Resort!
Bluestone Resorts, proudly rated Wales’ top holiday resort by Which?, is on the lookout for a passionate Chef de Partie to join our vibrant Food & Beverage Team.
In this key role, you’ll support the Head Chef in ensuring the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and service are consistently delivered across our restaurant kitchens.
Key Details:
• 48 hour permanent contract. Must have availability across 7 days per week on a rota basis.
• Guide and support junior staff and trainees
• Work evenings, weekends, and festive periods
• Must have experience at CDP level & Level 2 Food Hygiene
• Own reliable transport required due to shift patterns.
