Based at Age UK Oldham Day Care Service Ashby House, Royton
Will also work at our Bluebells Day Centre if required, to meet the needs of the service
Hours:
28 hours per week, 7 hours per day to be worked Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, between the hours of 8.30am and 4.30pm to meet the needs of the service

Salary point 21 to 22 : £19,282 to £19,780 per annum / £13.24 to £13.59 per hour
As an Age UK Oldham Carer you will be supporting older people living with Dementia who attend our Day Care Service with personal needs, social activities and helping to create a supportive and caring atmosphere for all involved.
You will ideally have experience of being a “hands on” carer of older people, knowledge of the physical, social and emotional needs of the elderly and have a passion to help us provide services and support, to inspire and enable older people within our communities.
Due to the nature of this position, any offer of employment with Age UK Oldham will be subject to a satisfactory Enhanced disclosure from the Disclosure and Barring (DBS) Service.
