Summary
OH Medical is working in partnership with a leading organisation to recruit an experienced Occupational Health Service Manager based in Cambridge.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the delivery, development and strategic direction of a well-established Occupational Health service supporting a large and diverse workforce.
You will lead a multidisciplinary clinical team, ensure compliance with statutory requirements and drive continuous improvement across the service.
Duties
- Lead and manage a team of Occupational Health professionals
- Oversee day-to-day service delivery, referrals and clinic activity
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and employment legislation
- Drive service development and continuous improvement initiatives
- Work closely with HR, H&S and wider stakeholders
- Manage complex case referrals and support decision making
- Maintain clinical governance, policies and accreditation standards
- Monitor performance, KPIs and service demand
Criteria
- Registered Nurse with NMC registration
- Postgraduate qualification in Occupational Health
- Senior leadership experience within an OH service
- Strong knowledge of Occupational Health, H&S and employment law
- Experience managing teams and driving service improvements
- Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder skills
- Confident working strategically and operationally
