Summary
⭐ Teaching Assistant Opportunities - Ideal for Sports Coaches & Anyone with UK Child-Related Experience ⭐
Locations: Wolverhampton, Walsall, Dudley, Sandwell & Telford
Start Dates: ASAP & After Easter
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
Pay: £16-£18 per hour (role dependent)
Are you looking to take your experience of working with children into a school setting? Whether you're a Sports Coach, Youth Worker, Playworker, Camp Leader, Scout/Guides Leader, After‑School Club Assistant, or have any other form of UK child‑related experience, I would love to speak with you.Your experience supporting, motivating and building relationships with young people is incredibly valuable in schools - and many of my special schools, PRUs and mainstream settings welcome applicants with transferable skills.Important RequirementTo be considered for these roles, you must have child‑related experience gained in the UK that we can reference. This could include experience in:
- Coaching children or young people
- Youth work, mentoring or community projects
- Nurseries, after-school clubs or holiday camps
- Behaviour support roles
- Supporting SEND children
- Any role where you've worked directly with children or young people
This experience must be something we can verify through professional references.What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting pupils throughout the school day
- Encouraging engagement, learning and positive behaviour
- Working 1:1 or in small groups under teacher direction
- Creating a calm, structured and supportive environment
- Bringing your real‑world experience to help pupils grow and build confidence
