A well-regarded, two-form entry primary school in Sutton Coldfield is looking for a committed Teaching Assistant to join their KS1 team. You will support pupils with SEN and those working below age-related expectations, helping to close learning gaps and build confidence. The school offers a nurturing environment with a strong focus on inclusion and pupil progress.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver targeted interventions in phonics, literacy and numeracy
- Provide 1:1 SEN support and small group work
- Work closely with the class teacher to adapt learning activities
- Support behaviour management and engagement in lessons
- Track pupil progress and provide feedback to staff


What We're Looking For:
- Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning (or relevant Level 3 qualification)
- Experience working in a primary school, ideally within KS1
- Strong understanding of phonics and early learning strategies
- Experience supporting SEN and lower ability pupils
- Calm, adaptable and enthusiastic approach
