Summary
The Engineering Support Operative helps with routine maintenance to keep equipment running safely, reliably, and efficiently on site.
Main Duties:
Carry out basic machine checks, including cleaning, adjusting, lubricating, and ensuring equipment is working correctly.
Identify the cause of faults and help put permanent fixes in place.
Support planned maintenance, as well as repairs and breakdowns that need immediate attention.
Perform jam‑busting and other simple operational tasks to keep the line moving.
Record all work completed to keep maintenance logs accurate and up to date.
What We’re Looking For: If you have:
A good level of spoken and written English for safety and communication purposes,
Confidence using computers,
The ability to communicate effectively via radio systems,
A proactive, team‑focused approach to fault‑finding,
And are looking for a shift-based role that includes night shifts…
