A leading provider of comprehensive hearing care services is seeking an exceptional Audiologist to join their dedicated team in Norfolk. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a direct difference to patients of all ages by delivering personalised, compassionate, high‑quality audiology care.

This is a permanent position, offering a competitive salary of £39,043–£42,170, dependent on experience.

About the Role As part of the Audiology Service team, you will play a key role in improving outcomes for individuals with hearing loss. You’ll work across both the NHS AQP Audiology pathway and the organisation’s expanding Private Audiology service, ensuring continuity and excellence in patient care.

You will work closely with the Operations Manager, contributing to a streamlined, patient‑centred care journey.

What You’ll Be Doing

Conduct routine audiological procedures including diagnostic assessments
Rehabilitate patients using hearing aids and assistive listening devices
Manage a varied caseload effectively while maintaining high standards of care
Apply up‑to‑date clinical knowledge, working within your professional scope
Communicate sensitively with patients and families to support their needs

What We’re Looking For Preferred Requirements

Proficiency across routine diagnostics & rehabilitation
Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
Commitment to continuous professional development
Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a wider clinical team

Preferred Qualifications

Degree in Audiology or equivalent
HCPC registration as an Audiologist
Prior experience in an NHS or private hearing care setting
