Summary
Trauma and Orthopaedics
A great opportunity has risen to join trauma and Orthopaedic ward. Our Service at Royal Blackburn Hospital, consists of a 23 bedded dedicated 23 bedded adult trauma ward (B24) We have a dedicated Trauma team and fracture clinic outpatient service all supported by 16 orthopaedic trauma consultant’s and 3 Advanced Nurse Practitioner’s.

B24 Trauma ward.
Ward Manager Kelly Haddock has an equally skilled and dedicated team of staff providing a service to patients who have sustained injuries including traumatic or pathological fractures. We work closely with our multidisciplinary colleagues form Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Orthotics, fracture clinic, plaster room and the emergency department in order to ensure we provide Safe Personal and Effective care for all our patients.
