The Role
As a Home Care Assistant, you’ll provide personal care, medication support, household help
and companionship – making a real difference in people’s daily lives.
Shift pattern:
- Week 1: Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun – 7am–2pm and/or 4pm–10pm
- Week 2: Wed, Thu, Fri – 7am–2pm and/or 4pm–10pm
What We’re Looking For
- A naturally caring, compassionate person
- Female Care Professional (genuine occupational requirement)
- Right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship)
- Full UK driving licence with daily access to a vehicle
- Flexibility to work alternate weekends
Pay & Benefits
- £12.50 weekdays / £12.80 weekends
- £12.21 for online and in person training
- Paid travel time between visits at your hourly rate
- Mileage at 45p per mile + paid waiting time (up to 45 mins)
