Summary
We are seeking a passionate and creative Florist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining the presentation of our floral displays. Duties
Create bespoke floral arrangements for events, weddings, and retail displays, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.
Assist customers in selecting flowers and floral accessories, offering expert advice on arrangements and care.
Maintain the organisation and cleanliness of the flower display areas and workstations.
Manage stock levels, including ordering fresh flowers and floral supplies to ensure availability.
Organise and merchandise floral products attractively to enhance sales potential.
Collaborate with team members to plan seasonal displays and promotional activities.
Ensure all flowers are stored correctly to prolong freshness and visual appeal.
Provide guidance on flower care and maintenance to customers.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Florist or in a similar floral design role is preferred.
Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is a plus.
Knowledge of gardening, horticulture, and plant care techniques.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining creativity and precision.
Good merchandising skills with an understanding of retail presentation standards.
