The Role
Due to business growth and increased demand, Production / Assembly Operatives are required to join the production team in Highbridge, Somerset. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role within a structured and supportive manufacturing environment, offering skill development and long-term career progression.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out assembly and manufacturing tasks, including pod units
- Safe and efficient use of hand and power tools
- Support production and warehouse operations
- Manual handling and other physical tasks
- Adhere to all health & safety procedures and quality standards
About You
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is desirable but not essential
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic machinery
- Practical DIY skills or hands-on experience
- Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Reliable, committed, and able to work well as part of a team
- Physically capable of performing manual tasks in a busy environment
