Summary
Labourer / Joiner
Location: Harker
Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (with potential for additional Saturday work)
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer / Joiner to join our team, specialising in the construction and installation of timber garden buildings.
This is a varied, hands-on role suited to someone with practical skills, a good eye for detail, and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Assisting with the construction and installation of timber garden buildings
Carrying out joinery tasks including measuring, cutting, and assembling timber structures
Preparing and organising materials and tools
Supporting on-site installations and groundwork
Ensuring a high standard of finish
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Requirements
Previous experience in labouring and/or joinery preferred
Experience using hand and power tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good level of physical fitness
Reliable and punctual
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
