The Company
Abatec is recruiting on behalf of a growing manufacturer in the modular building sector, producing high-quality prefabricated units for large-scale residential and commercial developments.

The Role
Due to continued growth and an expanding order book, Production Factory Operatives are required to join the team in Weston-super-Mare. This is a physically demanding, labour-intensive role within a busy manufacturing environment, offering stable, long-term employment supported by ongoing investment in people and production capacity.

Key Responsibilities
- Manual assembly of modular units in a factory environment
- Fibreglassing as part of the production process
- Regular manual handling and physical work
- Safe and accurate use of hand and power tools
- Assisting with general production and warehouse duties
- Strict adherence to health, safety, and quality standards

About You
- Previous manufacturing or production experience desirable (not essential)
- Physically fit and comfortable with labour-intensive work
- Confident using hand tools and basic equipment
- Willing to learn new skills, including fibreglassing
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
