Specifically, alongside designing and developing innovative temperature-controlled and sample transport packaging solutions from concept through production, you will produce detailed CAD models, technical drawings and product specifications for manufacturing.
You will generate high-quality product visuals, renders, and presentation materials, and create Intelsius branded and customer-specific artworks in line with brand and regulatory guidelines.
Researching and evaluating innovative and sustainable materials and technologies, you will collaborate with suppliers and manufacturing partners to optimise designs for scalability, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
Additionally, you will:
- Ensure designs meet all regulatory, safety, and sustainability requirements for pharmaceutical and sample transport packaging
- Work closely with engineering, operations and quality teams to troubleshoot design or production challenges
- Develop and test prototypes to assess design, usability, thermal performance, and regulatory compliance
