Embed therapy targets into the curriculum through a whole-school, total communication approach

Support the development and implementation of AAC strategies across the school

Lead training, workshops, and coaching to upskill staff in specialist communication approaches

Support pupils’ communication development in functional, vocational, and community contexts (particularly for older learners)

A creative and adaptable clinician able to tailor interventions across developmental stages

An excellent communicator who builds strong relationships with pupils, families, and professionals

Organised and confident managing a caseload across two sites
