Summary
About the Role
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Area Cleaning Supervisor to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role supporting multiple sites across Barnsley, Doncaster, and further afield. You will play a key part in maintaining high cleaning standards, supporting staff, and ensuring excellent service delivery to our clients.
This role is ideal for someone looking to grow within a company, with the opportunity to progress into a full-time position as the business continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support cleaning teams across multiple sites
Carry out regular quality audits and site inspections
Assist with staff training, inductions, and ongoing support
Manage staff rotas and provide cover where required
Ensure all health & safety procedures are followed
Maintain strong communication with clients and management
Respond to call-outs and provide support on alternate weekends
Requirements
Previous experience in a cleaning supervisory role
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible approach to working hours, including split shifts and weekends
Good understanding of health & safety within the cleaning industry
