We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator to support the General Manager and wider management team within a high‑profile workplace campus catering operation.
The site delivers a diverse food and beverage offer, including multiple catering outlets, vending services, and self‑service coffee machines. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth running of administrative processes that support daily operations across the campus.
About the RoleAs Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to the General Manager and assist with the coordination of activity across three catering outlets. You will be responsible for managing day‑to‑day administrative tasks, maintaining accurate records, and supporting operational efficiency across the site.
This is a varied role suited to someone who is highly organised, comfortable working with multiple priorities, and confident supporting a busy, fast‑paced operation.
Key Responsibilities- Provide day‑to‑day administrative support to the General Manager
- Support the management team overseeing three catering outlets across the campus
- Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
- Assist with rota administration, holiday tracking, and absence records
- Support ordering processes, invoice handling, and basic financial administration
- Coordinate administration related to vending and self‑service coffee machines, including service records and supplier liaison
- Manage internal communications, meeting notes, and action tracking
- Support compliance administration, including Health & Safety and Food Safety documentation
- Handle queries professionally and support internal and external stakeholders
- Carry out general office and administrative duties as required
- Previous experience in an administration role
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident managing multiple tasks and priorities
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, operational environment
- Good communication skills with a professional and approachable manner
- Proficient in standard IT systems, including Microsoft Office
- Able to work independently while supporting a wider management team
