Summary

Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Trainee Fire Alarm Engineer to join our team. This is a fantastic chance to start a long-term career within the fire safety industry, with full training and clear progression opportunities provided.
The Role
Assist experienced engineers with the installation, servicing, and maintenance of fire alarm systems
Learn to work in line with industry standards such as BS 5839 (fire alarm regulations)
Support with fault finding, testing, and commissioning of systems
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on client sites
Maintain accurate records and provide excellent customer service
Work on a variety of systems including fire alarms, emergency lighting and other life safety equipment
About You
Must have a full UK driving licence (essential)
A strong interest in electrical or hands-on engineering work
Willing to learn a new trade and develop technical skills
Good communication and customer-facing skills
Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team
Comfortable working at heights and using ladders
Flexible to travel and work away from home (approx. 5 weeks per year)
Training & Development
Full on-the-job training alongside experienced engineers
Ongoing support with industry qualifications and courses
