Currently we are looking to recruit a passionate experienced Business Growth and Data Analysis Lead to join our Business Development Team and support our work with accurate, timely and detailed data.
About The Role
Role: Business analyst
Hours: Full time hours, 40 per week.
Location: Home-based, Cambridge
Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 Per Annum
Role Overview:
This is a new role within the Business Development Team and offers an opportunity for the right individual to create and develop the position, to be hands on in creating reports and input into our strategic planning agenda.
Working with the Business Development Support Manager, Business Development Managers and other members of the Business Development team, you will analyse social care, Education and health related commissioning intentions, trends, demographic data, financial budgets, and market intelligence to identify opportunities for growth, innovation, and partnership. Your insights will directly inform investment decisions, tender activity and responses, and service design across our portfolio, including adult residential, supported living, children’s residential, education and day services. Reports and information will be shared with the senior leadership team, Group Exec and be used to inform the future direction of existing, new services and acquisitions within Salutem.
