Our client, a reputable Main Dealership in Manchester, is seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join their professional team. The Vehicle Technician will play a key responsibility in delivering high standards of vehicle servicing, diagnostics, and repairs, ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with manufacturer standards.

- On Target Earnings (OTE) exceeding £41,000 with uncapped bonus potential

Duties of this Vehicle Technician position:
- Perform routine vehicle servicing and maintenance in line with manufacturer guidelines
- Conduct diagnostic checks and fault finding
- Carry out repairs to meet manufacturer and DVSA standards
- Ensure all vehicles are road-safe and compliant
- Work collaboratively with the service team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction
- Complete accurate documentation of work carried out
- Contribute to a clean, safe, and efficient workshop environment
Requirements for this Vehicle Technician role:
- Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience working in a main dealer or independent garage
- Full UK driving licence
- Positive attitude with a focus on quality workmanship
- Strong attention to detail and team player mentality
