Are you an experienced Panel Beater seeking a secure and rewarding opportunity in Lincoln? Our client, a respected leader in the Accident Repair industry, is looking to appoint a skilled Panel Beater to join their expanding team. This is an excellent chance to work with a well-established company that offers stability, competitive pay, and a supportive working environment.
Benefits:
- Competitive basic salary up to £42,000
- Centre Performance Bonus earning an OTE of approximately £48,000
- Stable, secure employment with an established company
- Monday to Friday working hours, 8am – 5pm, with no weekends.
- 25 days holiday plus Bank Holidays

Duties:
- Repair all types of vehicles, including cars and vans, adhering to current industry standards.
- Carry out welding, spot welding, and panel repairs to a high standard
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within your workspace
- Reduce wastage by efficient use of raw materials and consumables
- Assist in environmentally responsible disposal of waste products
- Work at a consistent pace without compromising quality or safety standards
Requirements:
- Time-served Panel Beater, qualified or ATA accredited.
- Previous experience working as a Panel Beater on a variety of vehicle types
- Own set of tools
- Eligibility to work and live in the UK
- Reside within a reasonable commuting distance to Lincoln
